The How to achieve emotional freedom

Mindfulness is a practice that can be used during tough times to help you stay in the present moment. When you're feeling overwhelmed or stressed, take a few deep breaths and focus on your surroundings. Notice the sights, smells, and sounds around you and allow yourself to feel the sensations in your body. This can help you to ground yourself.

John, this is perfect for me to read today. I found it difficult to center in my morning prayer and meditation so I read this blog and practiced focusing on my breath and staying in the present. I need to practice that daily several times - I'm so glad to have found Freedom Hour!!
